First Things First: Understanding Your Bookkeeping Contract

In your BIZrex bookkeeping contract, you will find a detailed “What Is Included” section. We strongly recommend reviewing this document carefully and organizing your financial data according to the services outlined in your agreement.

Proper financial documentation and timely data submission are critical for accurate bookkeeping, VAT compliance, and financial reporting.

To ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and maintain accurate records, please adhere to the following protocols:

Banking Protocols​

  • Always use company bank accounts for business-related purchases, expenses, and sales transactions.
  • If a company account is not yet activated, you may temporarily use an investor or partner’s personal bank account, but you must report this to your account manager immediately.
  • For personal cash needs or online payments, transfer funds from the company account to your personal account first, then make the payment.
  • Never transfer money to or receive funds from unknown individuals or companies without proper due diligence and documentation

Purchase Invoice Requirements

  • When purchasing from VAT-registered sellers, ensure you receive a TAX INVOICE with their TRN (Tax Registration Number) clearly displayed.
  • For purchases from non-VAT registered sellers, a standard INVOICE is acceptable.
  • If your company has a TRN, this number must be mentioned on all purchase invoices to ensure proper VAT tracking and compliance.

Sales Invoice Compliance

  • All sales invoices must include complete client details (name, address, contact information).
  • For B2B transactions: Include the complete company name and TRN (if applicable).
  • For B2C transactions: Include the person’s name and Emirates ID (when possible).
  • For domestic UAE sales: Collect VAT if your company is TRN registered.
  • For international sales (outside UAE): Apply 0% VAT rate with proper documentation.

Monthly Data Upload Requirements

Your assigned account manager has provided dedicated Google Drive space for your company. To ensure smooth financial operations, please upload the following documents by the first week of each month:

Bank Statements

All company bank statements in CSV format (preferred) or PDF with transaction details clearly visible.

Purchase & Expense Invoices

All invoices related to business purchases and expenses incurred during the month.

Sales Invoices

All invoices issued to clients for products or services rendered.

Personal Transactions

Documentation for any personal transactions conducted through company bank accounts.

External Account Transfers

Records of payments transferred to or received from personal, partner, or investor accounts.
